Hillsong Church Cape Town

Our latest church plant is in the continent of Africa, in the beautiful city of Cape Town! Phil and Lucinda Dooley, who have served for over 20 years in Hillsong Church Sydney, have been released to establish a part of our vision to reach and impact the world. They are very passionate about raising a church that will be a blessing to the people of Cape Town, bringing the hope of Jesus Christ to the lives of every individual from every part of society. South Africa is a nation with a complex history and is facing some real challenges but has incredible potential. We believe that Hillsong Cape Town will be a place where we will see lives and hope restored, and where people will come into a transforming relationship with Jesus. We are expectant of great things in this nation!
Prayer points: Pray for Phil and Lucinda that they will have wisdom, guidance and strength in esablishing every aspect of a new church plant and pray that the church will reach every community.

Church Planting - Paris Extension Service

Brendan White is a young man that came out of Hillsong in Sydney and moved to London to build our church there under Pastors Gary and Cathy Clarke. He has since been working on the ground in Paris, starting with Connect Groups of which there are now 15, then a Friday night service. Due to the incredible growth, we are now holding 2 services in Paris with over 700 in attendance regularly.
Paris is a very dark city spiritually and practically expensive to live in. We are supporting them financially and together our support in Connect Groups here can make a huge difference to the lives of people in Paris.
Prayer Points: Pray for building space and for new Connect Groups.

Hillsong Church Stockholm

Pastors Andreas and Lina Nielsen have a passion to raise up a church in the middle of Stockholm. It is a very creative city full of young people. Sweden is in great need of churches that can train leaders, influence the culture and build a platform for God to move, bringing the salvation message to their city with passion, enthusiasm and love.
Prayer Points: Pray for their resources, a building and sound equipment.

Church Planting - Jesus Life House Japan

Rod and Vivenne Plummer are the pastors of this dynamic church in Japan. Japan like France, is a very secular nation where young people struggle with a lack of meaning and hope. Together we will continue to see them reach out to the young people of Japan offering them hope for a future. Building space in Japan is very costly and they have just started a second morning service. They are looking at starting another service in West Tokyo.
Prayer Points: Pray for buildings and that the leadership teams will be strengthened to reach out to young people.

Moscow Extension Service

Hillsong Church Kiev has started its FIRST "Moscow Extension Service!" And what a HUGE miracle it was! There were over 1200 people, with still hundreds outside unable to fit into the venue. Despite the opposition and challenges, the Church is advancing and great miracles are taking place.
Prayer Point: Pray that revival will take place in Moscow and abroad.
